Is Flyp the right fit for my business?
Is Flyp the right fit for my business?
Flyp is purpose-built for small and mid-sized businesses — typically those that don’t have a full internal IT team (or have a very small one) and need a trusted partner to fill that gap. You’re likely a great fit for Flyp if:
- You rely on technology to run your business but don’t have dedicated IT staff.
- You’ve outgrown “figure it out as we go” and need a more structured, strategic approach.
- You want proactive IT management instead of waiting for things to break.
- You’re planning a cloud migration, a security review, or a technology refresh and need expert guidance.
How is Flyp different from a large MSP?
How is Flyp different from a large MSP?
Most large managed service providers route your calls through a generic helpdesk staffed by technicians who have never met you and don’t know your environment. With Flyp, you get direct access to the people actually doing the work — not a call center tier-one queue. That means:
- You’ll know who you’re working with from day one.
- The people answering your questions have context about your systems and goals.
- Decisions don’t get lost in layers of account management.
- You’re treated as a partner, not a ticket number.
Services & Pricing
How is Flyp's work priced?
How is Flyp's work priced?
Pricing depends on the type of engagement:
- Project-based work (consulting, architecture reviews, one-time migrations, security assessments) is scoped and priced as a fixed-fee or time-and-materials project. You’ll know what you’re getting and what it costs before we start.
- Managed IT Services are priced on a recurring monthly basis, scoped by the number of users and devices we’re supporting. This gives you predictable costs and consistent coverage.
Do you require a long-term contract?
Do you require a long-term contract?
It depends on the type of work:
- Project engagements (consulting, assessments, one-time work) are not tied to long-term contracts. You engage us for the project, we deliver, and the relationship continues on your terms.
- Managed IT Services do involve service agreements, because effective ongoing support requires that both sides commit to the relationship. We’re happy to discuss the terms that make sense for your situation — we’re not interested in locking you into something that doesn’t work for you.
Can I start with just one service?
Can I start with just one service?
Absolutely. Many clients begin with a single, focused engagement — a technology roadmap, a cybersecurity risk assessment, or a cloud migration scoping call — and then grow into a broader relationship over time. There’s no requirement to buy a bundle or commit to everything upfront. Start where the need is most pressing, see how we work together, and build from there. We’d rather earn your trust incrementally than oversell you something you’re not ready for.

- Microsoft 365 — licensing, configuration, security hardening, and administration
