# Getting Started with Flyp LLC IT Consulting and Support

> Start working with Flyp LLC in four steps: reach out, join a discovery call, review your proposal, and kick off your engagement — project or ongoing.

Getting started with Flyp is straightforward — no lengthy procurement process, no complex onboarding forms. You reach out, we have a real conversation about your IT environment and goals, and we put together a proposal that fits. Most clients are up and running with Flyp within days of that first call.

<Note>
  Most clients start with a single advisory project and expand into managed support as they see results.
</Note>

## Your First Four Steps

<Steps>
  <Step title="Reach Out">
    Call us at **(469) 777-6403** or fill out the contact form at [flyp llc.com](https://flypllc.com). Tell us a little about your business and what you're dealing with — we'll take it from there. No pressure, no sales script.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Discovery Call">
    We'll schedule a focused 30–60 minute discovery call to walk through your current IT setup, talk through your pain points, and understand where you want to take your business. Come as you are — you don't need to have everything figured out before we talk.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Proposal & Engagement">
    Based on what we learn, we'll put together a clear, tailored proposal. You'll see exactly what we're recommending and why. Then you choose: a scoped project engagement to tackle a specific initiative, or an ongoing managed services agreement for continuous support and monitoring.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Ongoing Partnership">
    Once you're a Flyp client, you have a team that stays engaged. For managed services clients, that means proactive monitoring, regular check-ins, and a point of contact who knows your environment. For project clients, it means clear milestones and communication from kickoff to close — with a standing invitation to expand the relationship when you're ready.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## What to Have Ready

You don't need to prepare a detailed IT report before your first call — just a general sense of where things stand. Here's what's helpful to think through ahead of time:

* **Number of employees** — and roughly how many use computers, laptops, or other business devices day to day.
* **Current IT setup** — do you have an internal IT person, an existing vendor, or are you managing things yourself? What software and systems are you running?
* **Biggest pain points** — what's causing the most friction right now? Slow systems, security concerns, unreliable support, a migration you've been putting off?
* **Budget expectations** — even a rough range helps us tailor the right scope. There's no wrong answer.

The more context you can share, the faster we can cut to what matters and give you useful perspective.
